Lease start date is flexible, we will be moving out July 22 to the Bay Area. We love this apartment and would keep living here if we stayed in Seattle! - Corner unit with a lot of natural light - important for the Seattle winter! - Private large balcony, about 200 sq ft. - Great sound isolation Building amenities - Top tier fitness center + yoga studio with squat rack, Peloton bike. - 24 hour concierge. Super responsive maintenance team (comes same day and fixes the issue) - Dog and cat friendly. Dog run in the building. - The apartment has garage parking for rent for $350 per month. We have never needed to use it due to the great location downtown and just use zipcar for day trips on weekends. Lease takeover process: - We will deep clean the apartment and return to a pristine state. (We know it is messy right now in the photos, due to moving, sorry about that). - We can go together to the leasing office and initiate the takeover process. Tentatively I think we, the existing tenants, will pay the month of July, and you will venmo us the prorated rate for the rest of July. Then you will begin to pay the month of August. Your names will be on the lease and our names will be taken off, so it will be a proper arrangement where your names are the only ones on the lease starting August. We can confirm the details with the leasing office in person together. - Some flexibility with start date (a couple days?) is possible. Rent is $3657/month + $100-200/month in utilities, including common area utilities. Similar units are listed on Premiere on Pine website for $4337.
