The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV. There is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a full-size bed, both sharing a hallway bath. Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms, and fresh hotel-quality linens and bath towels are provided in every room. Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout the home and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups. Pets are welcome with fees applying. The daily pet fee is an occupancy fee, not damage protection, with rates of $25 per pet per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet per night for 29+ nights. Extended stay cleaning costs apply for stays beyond 40 nights, including a mid-stay clean for replenishing linens and toiletries. For stays over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout cleaning. Additional cleaning or inventory requests can be accommodated at an extra cost.
