This home was at one point converted into multiple apartments as it is currently, so it does not have the "apartment complex" feel. This home is two blocks off of Esplanade Avenue, near Pagoda coffee, Leo's Bakery, Lola's, Santa Fe, City Park, Bayou St. John, and more! Great biking and walking routes in the area. Our street boasts shady, gorgeous oak trees. Please note: this apartment is NOT furnished. Shared covered upstairs porch. Outdoor covered washer and dryer behind locked gate on property. Storage there also for a bike! * TOURS will not be considered until you have submitted an app need to be scheduled a week in advance, as we still have a resident here. Rent includes water but not electrical. You will need to set up your own Entergy account and internet. No smoking, no pets. Tenant pays for electric, cable, internet. A refundable deposit equivalent to first month's rent is required, along with strict background screening and credit check. Deposit will only be refunded if the apartment is left in same condition as day it was rented. There is parking available on the street. We have a driveway where other residents currently living there are assigned to park. 1 year lease Will not accept full payment of year's rent up front.
