Guests have access to all spaces except for 1-2 closets and garage parking. Free parking is available on the driveway for up to 4 cars and paid street parking is also available. Our home is 3 blocks away from the famous Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. Beyond the comforts of our home, you'll find yourself situated to explore all that Austin has to offer. Our location grants you easy access to the city's renowned attractions, live music venues, eclectic dining scene, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all. The pool is not heated and the upper part is an extension of the pool and not a hot tub. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. A $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not tamper with the pool equipment as fees may apply. Outdoor pool should be used at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty and children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass or food is allowed around the pool area and fees may apply. Please keep the gates closed at all times for water safety. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
