Included in rental price is the Electric, A/C & Heat, and Internet Service. Good Tasting Well Water. Enter near where you park your car. It's like having your own home in the Mountains! Parking for one vehicle comfortably. All roads paved up to the apartment except driveway is gravel................ JUST BRING YOUR TOOTH BRUSH! Term : 12 MONTH MINIMUM, but we would prefer a longer stay. One or Two Adults Only! NO SMOKING allowed in house or on premises. Responsible Water use, and AC/Heat use. Must keep Apartment and PATIO CLEAN, at all times. If you fit the criterion, I will send you a application that would be required for a new Tenant or Tenants to complete for a Credit and Background Check. RENT is due on the first of the Month ON TIME. This rental is for someone who loves Nature all around him, and yet is only 3 miles outside of the town of Hayesville.
