Our kitchen is equipped with a pantry and all appliances (Stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an icemaker). As you walk through the kitchen, you will then enter back into the bedroom, where you will also access your walk-in closet & laundry room combo. Which will include a full-size washer and dryer! The efficient design of the units allows you to maintain the space with ease, while still having enough space to live comfortably. The unit will be heated & cooled by a highly efficient split system setup that allows you to control the climate of the bedroom area separately from the kitchen & living room area. All utilities and services are included in the monthly rental rate of $975.00, allowing you to make one simple payment that covers the following: internet, electric, water, sewer and trash. Pet Policy: There is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $150. In addition, there is a $25 per month pet fee for the first animal and $25 for the second. No more than two (2) animals allowed.
