There are lots of activities on and around the lake and at each of the resorts in the summer. Restaurants, outdoor concerts, biking, hiking, lake activities and many fun events for all ages during the summer and fall. The property is adjacent to Lake Dillon and has its own entrance to the lake and the main bike path. No more than 4 unrelated individuals. Enjoy all that the Rocky Mountains has to offer living in this well-maintained condo in the heart of Summit County. Spacious, private condo has separate outdoor entrance and is quite private for condo living, no units above. Inside, the high vaulted ceilings and open kitchen, dining and living area make this 1650 sq. ft. condo feel very spacious. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets and is fully-equipped. The dining area has a table that seats 6 plus 4 bar stools that cozy up to the kitchen counter. The living room has a gas fireplace to enjoy on the cozy winter nights in the middle of the well-renowned Colorado ski country. A new full-size, stackable washer and gas dryer are located on the main level of the condo so no need to take the stairs or leave the warmth of your abode to do the laundry. The 2 main level bedrooms have queen beds, full bathrooms and walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a whirlpool tub and linen shelving. The walled, loft bedroom has an amazing view of the Continental Divide. It has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 or 5. The bottom bunk on one side has a double futon which converts to a sofa, as well. The room also has a dresser, a closet and a private, full bath. The condo's east facing balcony makes for enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning sunshine during spring, summer and fall mornings and gets the warm morning sun through the glass doors into the living room. When you enter from the garage you have a small mudroom area with built in cubbies, hooks to hang your garb and a seating bench under which you can store your shoes and hiking/ski boots. The 1-car attached garage will keep you and your car or gear warm and dry; and ample racking gives you a lot of additional storage space. The property has plenty of parking to accommodate your visiting family and guests. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with 2 ponds and beautiful summer flowers. The maintenance crew does a great job of maintaining the property all year round and keeping the snow out of your way in the winter. Two common area hot tubs are across the parking lot to help you soothe those aching muscles after a long day on the slopes or after scenic summer hiking, rec path biking or kayaking on the lake. Conveniently located in Frisco you will have quick access to I-70 and Hwy 9 so you can get to any of 6 acclaimed Colorado ski resorts quickly - including Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. The grounds are adjacent to Lake Dillon, so residents have a private entrance to the bike path and the lakeside rec areas are great for biking, walking, kayaking and relaxing by the lake. Snowshoe, cross country ski or snow bike on the lake trails in winter. The condo is within walking distance to shopping, excellent dining options around downtown, Whole Foods and the Frisco transportation center, which provides free transportation to Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Ski Resorts. A bus stop next to the property provides free transportation in the area Frisco and to Copper Mountain ski resort. The Downtown Frisco and the Frisco Bay Marina and are just a couple of minutes by bike. Lease Term : 6 months, can discuss price for a 12-month lease. Winter season is a higher price.
