As a pet-friendly property, we kindly request that pet owners inform us of their furry friends before arrival and pay the required pet fee of $250 per pet per stay. Please do so to avoid a penalty fee of $450. Additionally, our rental rates are based on an occupancy of 5 persons. If your party exceeds this limit, please remember that an extra charge of $100 per person per stay will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. - A pet fee of $250 per pet per stay applies. Please note that a minimum stay of 30 nights is required, and I request that you treat the property with respect and maintain it in the same condition as when you first occupied it. Guests will be responsible for the utilities for thirty days or longer! We have tours available to view the property once you complete the online application. If my unit is occupied and I cannot show the property, I will have a 3D tour available and will be happy to forward an alternative site for you. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit and on the property. The designated smoking area is located on the driveway or across the street. A fine of $250 will be imposed for the first offense and $500 for subsequent offenses. I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in refraining from smoking. Our property offers designated parking conveniently next to the unit, accessed via approximately 12 steps and four stairs leading to the front door. In addition, we offer a shared garage equipped with new garage doors and an opener for your convenience. Just to let you know, guests must be over 25 years of age to reserve the unit, and for specific events or parties, written permission from the owner is required. A $100 fee per guest per stay will be charged for reservations involving more than five guests. If you want to rent our unit, please call to introduce yourself. We kindly remind all guests of our strict policies to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our rental unit. Please note that there is a pet fee of $250 per pet, and we do not allow any smoking in the unit or on the patios. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty charge of $450 and could lead to dismissal and a breach of the lease agreement. Only dogs are allowed in the unit, NO other type of pets. Our cleaning crew is extremely thorough and observant, ensuring that our rental unit is always in pristine condition. It is essential that all guests adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by our Homeowners Association, which will be reviewed with you during the signing of the lease agreement. Your designated parking spots are reserved for your use only, and please advise your guests to park across the street. If you notice any signs of pests or critters during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can take prompt action to eliminate the issue. We kindly ask that you refrain from leaving towels hanging over the railing and parking bikes in front of the unit. Instead, please store them in the garage. For your safety and security, please ensure that all doors are locked when you are not in the unit. Additionally, we ask that you close the beach sliding glass doors gently and rinse off any sand from yourself and your pets. Dog towels are available on the bottom shelf in the hallway for your convenience to wipe their paws before entering the unit, which helps to prevent sand from getting on the tracks of the screen and sliding doors, as it's imperative to do that to keep them operating smoothly.
