Sometimes as a prerequisite, we ask for people to provide us the last 60 days of their checking account. If you have a history of going in the negative, we are probably not a good fit for you. We do not allow pets. We do not allow smoking inside the units. And we have ZERO tolerance for drugs. Other than that, we are really very easy to get along with and can be flexible when needed. We just ask that you pay the rent on time and be kind to your neighbors. It is a 12-month lease. Most people nowadays are paying rent every two weeks because it's easier than having to make one payment at the beginning of the month.
