Enjoy high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for comfortable sleeping. An onsite washer and dryer cater to your laundry needs, and the rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture offers an al fresco experience. The home includes a parking garage for one car, which is rare in the city. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please inform us if you'll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post-reservation confirmation. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees at $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access is granted via a door code, and hosts are available via messages to answer any questions. There is a Ring Camera by the front door. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home.
