First and foremost, property owners are very proactive about ensuring the comfort and security of their tenants. We have a strong history of long-term tenants. The building is attractively landscaped and is regularly maintained by the owners. The unit is spacious, bright, and well-lit, with an abundance of natural light. The large, comfortable living room features neutral carpeting and an attractive faux fireplace with a mantle to place your treasured memories. Additional neutral wall-to-wall carpeting can be found in the front bedroom and hallway, with plenty of closets. The bright, large, eat-in kitchen features easy-to-maintain faux wood floors and offers a nice mountain view! The low-energy bulbs in the unit significantly reduce utility costs.
Our building is located adjacent to the I-64 Westmoreland exit. It is a five-minute drive to downtown Charleston and is conveniently located near local colleges and universities.
The lease is month-to-month. If the tenant desires to move out, they MUST notify the landlords at least 30 days in advance.
The first-month rent ($675) and last month's rent ($675) are required upfront to secure the unit.
The landlords pay for weekly trash removal. The tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water, and sewer).
One off-street parking space (guests must use street parking).
STRICT NO-PET POLICY.
To maintain the peace of mind and safety of other building tenants, excessive noise, unit uncleanliness, drug use, smoking indoors, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and swift eviction will be enforced.
