Welcome to your newly updated spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. This house is a two level duplex, this unit being on the upper floor. The entire unit has been updated with all new paint, flooring, lighting, and tiling. You will access this unit using it's own private front entrance into a mudroom with separate door to keep heating cooling inside the unit. You must use stairs to access this unit. There is one bedroom in the front of the unit and one bedroom on the back of the unit with its own private balcony. The kitchen is supplied with refrigerator and stove. The bathroom has a tub and shower with private access into the back bedroom. The unit has gas heat. There is street parking and off-street parking available (one vehicle per unit). Landlord supplies all basic water, sewer and garbage, tenant is responsible for electricity/gas. There is no laundry for this unit at this time.
We accept all housing so long as the applicant meets all listed criteria. No Smoking.
First month rent, last month rent deposit, and $1,000.00 security deposit.
Each persons over 18 must meet following criteria:
-620+ credit score minimum with timely payments to revolving accounts
-Good rental history of at least 1 year, no evictions
-Stable source of income of at least 1 year (employment, SSI, assistance etc.)
*Depending on circumstances, we may accept a double deposit and/or co-signer in lieu of meeting criteria.
Weekdays only. $35.00 app fee per person over 18. Married must apply separately. We will not accept reusable comprehensive reports, and all applicants must apply through our personal website.
Items that may result in denial of application include but are not limited to insufficient credit history or timely payments on revolving accounts, collections on credit report, lack of rental history or lack of timely rental payments, insufficient work history, any crimes against persons or property, or similar crimes.
