Guests have 24/7 support for all inquiries about the property. Ensure you are booking with your full legal name. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a security camera recording device on the exterior of the apartment only, recording people coming in and out of the listing for safety. Guests are required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number for emergencies. For long-term stays of 28 days or longer, guests are required to complete a criminal background check for approval and a $500 trust and safety hold or charge which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. If you are caught smoking, you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation. Breed restrictions may apply. A pet fee per pet will apply with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed. A noise monitoring device detects noise levels inside the suite. There is a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Checkout on time is required. Any guests that are 30 minutes past the listed checkout time will be charged a $50 fee. If late 2 hours or more, you will be charged the full rate for another night at the base rate without any discounts. This does not automatically give you an extra night. You must still officially book for another night. All persons staying overnight for the duration of the reservation must be accounted for on your guest list. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons. Exceptions may apply for long-term stays. All guests will be required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number to contact for emergencies. For long-term stays of 28 days or longer, guests are required to complete a criminal background check for approval and a $500 trust and safety hold or charge which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Retaliation clause: You agree that you are booking in good will with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with a ruling by the applicable rental platform or the host in the event you experience anything dissatisfying with your stay or if you lose a resolution. You are waiving your right to a trial if you are sued by us. You agree to pay all court costs and legal expenses if you are sued by us.
