The first floor offers garage access, a staircase, and an elevator. The second floor features a game room, half bathroom, and access to the large patio. The third floor includes two King suite bedrooms, a den with a couch, Smart TV, and a laundry room, as well as an office space. The top floor houses the main kitchen and living room with beautiful views, plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your family. The fourth floor has another bedroom with a Full and Twin size bunk bed with a Twin trundle and a full bathroom with a large spa-like soaking tub. Outside, enjoy the surrounding nature at any of the five entertaining spaces, including a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and large dining table, and a fire pit in the front yard. This spacious home is filled with amenities to entertain your whole family. The game room on the second floor has a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, and plenty of board games. The bedroom and yoga studio on the second floor has floor-to-ceiling windows, yoga mats, and a couch that pulls out into a Queen-size bed. The third floor includes two King suite bedrooms with full attached bathrooms and access to a private patio. The main kitchen and living room on the top floor feature plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your family. The fourth floor has another bedroom with a Full and Twin size bunk bed with a Twin trundle and a full bathroom with a large spa-like soaking tub. Outside, enjoy the surrounding nature at any of the five entertaining spaces, including a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and large dining table, and a fire pit in the front yard. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The home is pet-friendly with a small fee. The home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and only 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers, an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars. The property is down a short dirt road, and while a 4-wheel drive is recommended, it is not required. The location offers easy access to the HWY 12 boat ramp, Prairie Creek Marina, and the Monument Bike Trails at Hobbs State Park. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. The property provides amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The third floor includes an office space, providing a quiet area for work or study. A laptop computer is not included.
