Property
This apartment was listed as a 4BR, but when we toured it and asked to see the fourth bedroom, we were told it was actually a 3BR. Furthermore, I doubt the third bedroom would even pass Massachusetts standards as a bedroom: it was very small and there was a hold the size and shape of a door that they were trying to pass off as a closet. This is a 2BR with office space.
Management
The realtor who showed us the apartment said he worked for the management company, but he could not answer basic questions (like is there laundry, where were the washer and dryer, how would one get to the basement, and is there storage space in the basement).

Centre Street and Egleston Square offer walkable streets lined with independent shops, City Feed & Supply and Whole Foods for groceries, JP Licks for treats, and a mix of cafes, yoga studios, and the JP YMCA. The dining and arts scene is eclectic—Tres Gatos’ bookshop-tapas mashup, Chilacates, cozy pubs like Brendan Behan, live music at Midway, and tastings at Samuel Adams and Turtle Swamp.
