This sun-drenched getaway offers a spacious living area with pool views, a chef's kitchen with marble countertops and stainless appliances, and a fenced backyard with a BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, kettle, all cookware, silverware, plates, and seasonings. Enjoy the screened-in pool, outdoor dining table for 6, loungers, poolside cocktail chairs, and a ceiling fan on the patio. Beach towels and chairs are included for your convenience. A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Enjoy the convenience of being within a 5-10 minute drive to 3 beaches, a historical museum, a water park, nature parks, a marina, a golf course, boat rentals, botanical gardens, and over 30 restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. This home is located in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If you intend to have a guest, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e., 8 AM - 10 PM), and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. If any personal items have been left by the Guest, it is the responsibility of the Guest to pay a $15 service fee and all costs from the packaging and shipping of those items should the Guest request the items be returned to them. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of items that may occur once the item is left and the guest has departed. No firearms allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted by us in writing, the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to "AUTO" mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71F to prevent system issues. Includes a dedicated office with a desk, monitor, printer, and ergonomic chair.
