Large bedroom, new floors, two very large (newly replaced) windows, full bedroom closet- it's a bedroom at the back of the apartment, so despite it being on Newark Ave pedestrian area (feet from Grove St path entrance- which includes the twice-weekly farmers market), it's surprisingly quiet in the bedroom. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. This bedroom shares a hallway full bathroom with one other roommate. However that roommate will be moving out this summer, and the other roommate intends to turn that third bedroom into an office space. So after that, you would have the hallway bathroom to yourself. Full kitchen, storage and utility rooms, as well as a gigantic living space in the living room, with windows facing Newark Ave pedestrian area. Tons of restaurants, markets and shops right outside. It's amazing that this bedroom doesn't hear the noises from out front, since the bedroom is at the back of the apartment. Bedroom furniture, like very lightly used queen mattress and frame (almost new condition, only slept on by one person a few times), dresser, small book/storage shelves and large smart TV with rolling TV stand, are available for purchase on very discounted price. The room comes with a powerful AC unit that keeps the bedroom very cool and frosty in summer months. No pets or smoking cigarettes indoors allowed (420 ok and if you have one cat, this can be discussed). If you smoke cigarettes- you can easily walk one floor down or do it outside bedroom window on rooftop/fire escape area. Whole apartment is furnished with couches, huge TV projector, kitchen appliances, etc. Steps to the Grove St PATH (less than 5min walk, probably more like 2mins)- it's less than a 10 min PATH train ride to WTC, and about the same to get into midtown.
