This apartment has a gas range and refrigerator. Located within walking distance to Tops and Downtown. No laundry and no off-street parking. Please let me know your income per month, how many people will be moving in and if you have any pets or plan to get pets. Once those questions are answered, we can setup a showing. I do not collect any payments until we have completed a showing, met in person and have a signed lease. Month to month lease, 30 day termination notice required at the end of the lease.
