It is also HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. During the year we airbnb the main home almost 30 percent of the time. If this will bother you please do not inquire. You have a balcony with a lake view. A professor/musician lived there for 5 years and it was a perfect fit. He absolutely loved it. The ideal person for this apt is a person who works weekends, or travels and wants to come home to a beautiful environment to relax. It is not available for parties or loud entertaining. The apt is fully furnished This will initially be a month to month lease. If you stay less then 3 months there is a 185 cleaning fee. We are about 20 minutes from Ga College, the hospitals and most of the golf courses. We are renting the guest house and a parking space not the outdoor space Monthly lease available( over 30 days.)
