This home is conveniently located right off Midway Street, offering quick and easy access to all that Bristol has to offer. While it's not in a traditional neighborhood, the location places you less than 2 miles from the heart of downtown Bristol TN/VA, where you'll find live music, local shops, and great dining. Nearby places to enjoy include Red Pepper Indian Cuisine, Hard Rock Casino, State Street, Appalachian Bouldering Center, Bristol Sportsplex and Bristol Motor Speedway.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property and will incur a $200 per day fee. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. There will be a $50 fine for each key and parking credential not returned. If you do not follow our check-out instructions, you may be fined an additional $75 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and/or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay with no refund at our discretion if you harass or verbally abuse our staff. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions affecting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10pm-8am. If not vacating on time leads to monetary losses for the partner, you will be billed for those as well, including guest refunds.
We do not allow pets in our home. Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties at our property. The building has a strict occupancy limit. Any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately. There is a fine for house rule violations. If there is ever a conflict, complaint, or harassment involving guests and neighbors, we ask that the guest get in touch with us immediately. If the guest or a member of their party is found to be at fault, all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. This is a self-check-in property. We kindly ask all guests to ensure they take all personal belongings with them upon departure. We do not guarantee the ability to ship any items left behind after check-out. We do not allow guests to have mail or packages delivered to our properties due to potential shipping and handling issues. Understand that we are at the mercy of the property manager for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the staff, but repair is dependent upon the maintenance team's schedule.
