Conveniently located very close to the Ravenel Bridge, just off Mathis Ferry Road, on the Waterfront in Remleys Point. Unwind on your personal private deck. Enjoy the Dock. Try kayaking, crabbing, fishing, and paddleboarding off the backyard dock. Park in your assigned spot, open your personal gate and walk through your private fenced path up the stairs to your deck and entrance. This space is most perfect for: 1 or 2 quiet adults.... We prefer respectful working people, tourists, snowbirds, or retirees. Not suitable for friends, visitors, or parties. NOTE: The extra 2nd room has a SofaBed, but the room is not soundproof so we do not promote it as a 2nd bedroom. Attached tile and glass bathroom. - Room #3 - Additional Room: Pull out SofaBed, Standing Desk, and Smart TV. Attached bathroom. You WILL hear house noise from this room...it is not soundproofed. - Bathroom #1: Ensuite King Bedroom. - Bathroom #2: Located Between the Office room and the Kitchen/Den Combo. - Washer and Dryer: Stacked machines in the Main Room concealed behind doors. - The Outside: Private deck, weber griill, gated and fenced pathway, shared dock and fabulous views. We have a fenced dog area and can accept one housebroken, friendly, crate-trained, small or medium sized well-behaved dog for an additional fee of $200. Please let us know your dog's breed, age, and weight. We do not accept cats, nor puppies, nor any other kind of animal. We do charge for emotional support dogs. NO VISITORS POLICY: The property is exclusively for your use. If you plan to have visitors, please discuss this with us before booking. This is not a "hang-out" kind of place. PARKING: Personal parking spot by gate. Stay policies: - Professional Cleaning is required every 30 days, minimum. Extra Fee of $150 per month. - $69 damage protection fee required and renewed each 30 days. - HVAC filter change every 30 days. - Photo ID required - Security Deposit HOLD of $500 required. If renting for longer than 30 days then 1st and last month required. Driveway, Pathway, and front of property are recorded with exterior cameras. NO inside cameras
