Please let us know your dog's breed, age, and weight. We do not accept cats, nor puppies, nor any other kind of animal. We do charge for emotional support dogs. NO VISITORS POLICY: The property is exclusively for your use. If you plan to have visitors, please discuss this with us before booking. This is not a "hang-out" kind of place. PARKING: Personal parking spot by gate. Stay policies: - Professional Cleaning is required every 30 days, minimum. Extra Fee of $150 per month. - $69 damage protection fee required and renewed each 30 days. - HVAC filter change every 30 days. - Photo ID required - Security Deposit HOLD of $500 required. If renting for longer than 30 days then 1st and last month required. Driveway, Pathway, and front of property are recorded with exterior cameras. NO inside cameras
