Please let us know your dog's breed, age, and weight. We do not accept cats, nor puppies, nor any other kind of animal. VISITOR POLICY: The property is exclusively for your use. If you plan to have visitors, please discuss this with us before booking, and we would be happy to consider your request especially if you have family in town. PARKING: Personal parking spot by gate. Stay policies: - Professional Cleaning is required every 30 days, minimum. Extra Fee. - $69 damage protection fee required and renewed each 30 days. - HVAC filter change every 30 days. - Photo ID required - Security Deposit HOLD of $500 required.
