You'll also have easy access to the amazing local water park and be just blocks from Bronco Stadium and the Boise State University campus. The home sits in a thoughtfully planned cluster of newer houses which are close together, so the backyard has an open, shared sky feel and is visible from nearby homes. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is permitted after this time.
