The windows in this home are original and have historic character but we ask that you do not open them. However, we provide blackout drapes, central AC and heating, and fans and space heaters should you need them. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
