It is right on the bus line but includes a tandem parking space for two vehicles. Additional shopping and Safeway are in walking distance. The Kitchen is roomy with newer appliances. There is an oven/stove, large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Garbage, water, and sewer are included. You pay only the electricity and any TV, internet or phone that you want. There is a non-working fireplace that is blocked off. It does not work. First and Last month rent is required and there is a $1000 damage deposit to move in. (Damage deposit may be paid in three instalments with the June $300, July $300, and August $400 added to the rent.) We are having two open house days April 26th at 1 PM to 6 PM. Applications will be available there and you may fill one out. All of the information is required. Previous and current landlords, current job and salary, current address and references are required. We do not charge an application fee so please be sure you are serious about renting. There are a few rules that you should know before looking. There is no smoking and there are no pets. These are very strict. Guests must not smoke either. And there is no littering in the parking area. No pets are allowed. And another strong rule is that you park only in your designated place. The pictures are displayed by Kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms and the bath, Owner pays for Water, Sewer, and Garbage. Tenant pays for Electricity and any TV, Cable or phone they want.
