Interesting older property. Love the historic feel. Unit had low-ceilinged living room and high ceiling in the bedroom. Nice but small kitchen.Nice grounds. Seems like owners want to create community atmosphere. Some maintenance needed.

Terrible management team. They do not know how to communicate and lie on their posts stating that they will go with “the first to apply and qualify” this is not true. Don’t ask potential tenants if “they want the unit” if they don’t intent to follow through with that offer. It is disrespectful and unprofessional.
