Guests have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Initial amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
