The main level also boasts a full kitchen with a brand new double oven and gas cooktop. Tons of windows and natural light shine into the kitchen, making cooking an enjoyable experience. Sliding glass doors open to a patio. A giant formal dining room with two large tables can accommodate the most sizable families. The main level bedroom is the king bed master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. Ascending the gorgeous staircase to the home's upper level, guests will enjoy two generously sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. In the home's lower level, you'll find ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sleeper sofa. The walk-out basement provides guests access to a fantastic yard with mature trees and landscaping, which give a sense of privacy. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located in Midtown Columbus, this home is perfectly situated to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods. With easy access to the highway and within 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, and more, you'll have everything you need nearby. Driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are readily available. The carport can fit up to 2 cars and an additional 3 can fit in the driveway. Bedroom 5 is currently unavailable and has been closed off for repairs. Fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use. This home does have a steep staircase that may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues. There are also two upper-level balconies to consider if you're bringing small children. The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
