Lease Duration: 12 months Rent is due at the first of every month. Security Deposit is due upfront with the signed lease to cover any potential damages or unpaid rent. It is refundable at the end of the lease, minus deductions for any repairs or unpaid rent. Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.) are not included in the rent. There is a late fee penalty of $50 for paying rent after the due date. Maintenance and repairs should be reported to and handled by the property manager. The property manager can terminate your lease if two months go by with rent unpaid with a 20 day notice.
