The apartment is located directly across from the Portland Observatory, and is close to the ocean, shops, and all that Munjoy Hill has to offer. Indoor cats would be considered, sorry no dogs. There is a large eat-in kitchen, a small bedroom off of the kitchen, and a separate pantry area containing the refrigerator and cabinets. Moving through the kitchen you come into the living room with a nicely crafted maple floor and built in china cabinet. The bathroom is off of the living room, featuring a built in cast iron tub surrounded by porcelain tile. Another small room (8x9), which is often used as a large walk in closet for the bedroom off of the kitchen or a second bedroom, and finally another living room featuring an arched bay window complete the apartment.
