Two off-street parking spaces are available. Guests can bring one dog under 50 lbs for a nonrefundable pet fee of $100, and the dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year are allowed. Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this cottage is within walking distance of St. Augustine's tourism epicenter. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Coco's Cozy Cabana is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between, there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If there are more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Includes Wi-Fi.
