Parking: Park at the end of the driveway away from garage doors; no street parking during snowstorms; no vehicle repairs or storage of inoperable vehicles. Landlord clears main driveway; tenants clear snow/ice on and around their own vehicles.
Backyard access: Allowed areas include patio, barbeque grill, outdoor furnishings, grass area, and walkways; elevated terraces are off-limits. Leave outdoor spaces clean after use.
Inspections: Routine inspections every 90 days with 24-hour notice; emergency access permitted.
Subletting: Not allowed without prior written approval.
Early departure: 30 days' written notice required; rent for the notice period remains due.
Renter's insurance: Proof required within 14 days of move-in and at each renewal.
Acceptable Use: Compliance with Salus Zone LLC AUP and Google Fiber Residential AUP is required.
