Not worth the money - it's essentially a basement apartment surrounded by a communal garage. There is an entrance into the apartment from both the parking lot in front and the garage, so if mobility is a consideration, this could be a good place - no steps. There was a new-looking washer/dryer - that's convenient. Kitchen is small, essentially a galley style. There are only two windows, both on the same side, one in the living room and one in one of the two bedrooms. Carpeting was old and dirty. Stale smell. Steep driveway into property could be problematic in winter if snow/ice removal is not prompt. Quiet neighborhood. I've looked at other places for the same or less rent ($750/mo) in the Hollidaysburg area, and this one is overpriced.
