The home boasts large family and living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an on-site washer and dryer, making it ideal for extended family stays. Enjoy the private pool, perfect for relaxation. The pool heater is available for a $25 per day fee. There is a $25 per car entrance fee for the stay to obtain gate access cards, with a maximum of four cars per property. The property offers a two-car driveway space, and on-street parking is allowed, but parking on the grass is prohibited. This vacation home is ideally situated for exploring Orlando's top attractions, with Disney World just 15 minutes away, Universal Studios 30 minutes away, and the Orlando Airport 35 minutes away.
