This is close to both Rt. 495 (old exit 4) and the new Middleborough Railroad Station (Project Completion expected at the end of 2023), about 5 minutes from Rt. 44 and 3-4 minutes from a pharmacy, Hannaford Supermarket, and Planet Fitness. Close to Carver, Bridgewater, Plymouth, Taunton, Lakeville, Raynham, Halifax, Plympton, Rochester, and Wareham. The rent is $2,300.00 per month and includes water and bi-weekly town trash pick-up (including recycling) only. Utilities and heat are not included with the rent. Hot water is provided by a dedicated electric hot water tank and the apartment is heated by an oil-burning furnace connected to radiators throughout the apartment. This is a 1-year lease. Absolutely no pets of any kind are permitted on the premise. The apartment requires 1st, last, and security at signing ($2,300.00 x 3=) of $6,900.00 in the form of a certified bank check.
