Enjoy the ease of parking with two private, secured garages, making your stay hassle-free. As you enter through the front French doors, you'll be greeted by a spacious open floor plan featuring a modern kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The living room provides a cozy gathering space with a couch, side chairs, and a big screen Smart TV. Step out onto the semi-private deck with bistro seating for a breath of fresh air. Odysea offers secured private parking for up to 4 cars, with two cars accommodated in private garages and two in a private parking lot. For families, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability. Odysea boasts excellent proximity to Hampton Beach and the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, with the boardwalk just a 2-minute walk away and the expansive sands of Hampton Beach only 2 minutes further. This location is perfect for enjoying the lively atmosphere and attractions of Hampton Beach. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, as these are grounds for eviction with no refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are not allowed in the condo. Please follow all parking instructions and only use the spaces allotted to Odysea. The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi, making it suitable for both work and play. A laptop computer is not included.
