Management
The landlord was sketchy and told about ten people they were getting a tour separately but instead just told us the same time and made it an open house. Meanwhile we waited 20 minutes for her to show up. She dodged questions about laundry and parking, by pretending to not understand the questions and/or English well. She gave some folks her phone number but when asked she wouldn’t provide it to me. It was bizarre, but I think this somerville listing is her only rental.

The heat clearly did not work in this location. The apartment was frigid and the tenant had plastic wrapped the windows and stapled the curtains to the wall. Besides this the utilities cost so much to pay for the heater that was not working you might as well go get an 1.3k apartment with working heat. The cabinets were placed haphazardly so only someone 6ft+ could reach them. I think the apartment was an okay size

Management
The landlord said I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes late while about ten other people also showed up. She essentially set up an open house for the one apartment that looked nice but did not seem to be properly maintained.
