Bonus perks for families include free use of a Pack 'n Play and highchair, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and a themed room with board games and an arcade machine in the loft. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35/night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A one-time refill for the propane tank for the BBQ is available for $55. Mid-stay cleaning is offered for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. A Pack 'N Play Crib and a highchair are available for one-time fees of $40 each. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
