This well cared for unit comes with it's own carport and utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas). NO PETS. Rent is for 1 person; second occupant is an additional $125. Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 people. These are units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel ); there are no motel amenities included. No laundry facilities on site. No internet or phone services provided. Frontier Internet (DSL) hook-up and Spectrum Internet available. Gardening area available. Permanent guests will be provided with House Rules prior to renting. It either rents out by the week (7 days) upto 29-consecutive days at $51.38/day plus TOT tax; or, if needed beyond that on a monthly basis, we can approve an Extended Stay* with a soft credit check at a discounted rate with Rent=$1490/month for stays beyond 6 months with no time limit or $1690 for stays between 3 to 6 months or $1890 for stays between 1 to 3 months. Security Deposits are equivalent to one month's rent. Tax exempt after 29-consecutive days. Please have a clean credit history and EXPERIAN FICO above 700 or Vantage above 670. For government-assisted applicants, Code SB267 exception applies.
