The manager took the time to explain all the details thoroughly, ensuring that I had a complete understanding about the property, unit and qualifications to rent. He was very professional and had a very welcoming demeanor.

The property is positioned at a corner and across from a mechanic shop - which could get loud, but doesn't seem to be unbearable. The unit is spacious, bright, and newly painted with a semi-upgraded kitchen; appliances, flooring, and cabinet handles. There are lots of storage and large vintage functional windows - which are planned to be updated in the future. There is a parking lot and lots of street parking available, a shared laundry on-site and a small well-kept courtyard for residents to use at their leisure.
