The Columbus Adventure is fully stocked with great amenities for your trip to Columbus. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a group meal, and the living room offers plenty of seating. The apartment has a parking area in the back with room for one vehicle and street parking in the front. The beds feature super comfy Helix mattresses for a great night's rest. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
