Perfect for business travelers, this workspace is equipped with everything you need to stay productive, including high-speed internet and desk space. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts modern amenities, ensuring a seamless culinary experience. The seamless blend of comfort and functionality extends throughout the residence, promising a truly elevated stay. There is free parking available for use by guests and visiting company. You can use the garage as well as park within the driveway, or additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. There is an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, up to 2 dogs are allowed and a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs is charged. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on the digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. The strategic location provides easy access to local attractions and amenities, striking the perfect balance between work and leisure. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy and noise curfew cut off time of 10pm will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check-in. The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platform's message system or text at any time. Includes a designated office area equipped with high-speed internet and desk space. A laptop computer is not included.
