Current roommates are between 24 - 32 years old - Utilities are $100 per person Unauthorized Late Checkout: A charge of $75 per hour will apply for unauthorized late checkouts of 1-5 hours. If the late checkout exceeds 5 hours, the guest will be charged for an additional 15-night stay, as we will be unable to accommodate the upcoming guest. Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs due to an unauthorized late checkout, the guest will be charged accordingly. Agreement: By confirming a reservation, you agree to accept and abide by the policies outlined above. Phone screening is required before accepting a booking request. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Proof of income or large savings or a guarantor are required to stay over 3 months. Docusign rental agreement is required with every booking.
