Rent: The monthly rent includes utilities such as water, electricity, and the internet. Use conservative practices such as limiting excessive electricity use and monitoring water use to keep costs down. Security Deposit: A security deposit of one month's rent is required upfront. This deposit is refundable upon the satisfactory condition of the studio at the end of the lease term, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
