The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, a putting green, an outdoor bar with a minifridge, and a firepit. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. Boasting a prime location near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, this apartment offers easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. For safety and privacy, there are cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi.
