PETS POLICY: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. If approved, pet rent is $200/month per cat and $250/month per dog. For Cats: Cats must have their claws trimmed weekly to prevent damage to leather furniture. For Dogs: Please provide details about your dogs breed, size, and age. Weekly claw trimming is required. Let us know if your dog is prone to barking. We maintain a quiet, peaceful environment and cannot accommodate pets that bark excessively. Please outline your plan for managing your dog when you're away. Extended use of puppy pads is not acceptable, especially during long absences or work hours.
