The house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood and is equipped with cameras on the outside for added security without intruding on your privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware to prepare simple meals, and guests are welcome to bring extra cookware for long-term stays.
Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with exterior cameras for security. Guests must include all individuals, including children and infants, in their booking and provide full names and ages within 24 hours of check-in. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
