The grill is available for a one-time rental fee, which includes one propane tank. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are prohibited, and the discovery of usage may lead to a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The pool and spa heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather, and the temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate depending on outdoor conditions.
