I hope to find someone who enjoys house plants, however, I have a neighbor who can take care of them, if that is not "your thing" or if you travel often. In my experience with renting homes, it is important to me that you are friendly, considerate of others (no barking dogs, respectful to my neighbors, no late parties), and are good at housekeeping. Lastly, should there be an issue that you run into while you are renting the condo (water damage, appliance repair, etc.), I would ask for good communication. No smoking inside.
