Rent: $1500/month for single occupancy $1700/month for double occupancy Includes all utilities and one garage parking spot (your vehicle must fit no street parking allowed in winter). Location & perks: The studio is on a corner lot with a fully above-ground window overlooking green space a rare find in this development. You'll also have access to the community gym, hot tub, and summer pool. It's close to Richardson Flat (about 1 mile), the main overflow lot with regular winter transit to PCMR and Deer Valley. Without traffic, you're less than 10 minutes from PCMR base and Park City Main Street. Note: it isn't walkable in winter even though the distance is short.
