The apartments are separately metered, has a forced air gas furnace, and off street parking. There are 2 spaces for parking behind the house. It is conveniently located walking distance to KU, Dillon's Grocery Store and downtown Lawrence. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed.
